Along with many other businesses across the country we have been effected by COVID-19.  Our suppliers suspended all production and distribution 24th March, however as of 21st April some production lines have restarted albeit with limited capacity.  Through this lockdown period we will be offering an extra 20% discount off all blinds and curtains excluding Budget Roller Blinds, Velux Blinds, Skylight Blinds and Prime Aluminium Venetian Blinds.  We have included a list of questions and answers regarding this offer below;

When do I pay for my order?
Your payment will be processed at the time of placing your order and entering your payment details.

When will my order enter production?
We have yet to receive a confirmed date for when production will resume. Our suppliers are reliant on government announcements to make certain production only resumes when it is safe to do so. We will keep you informed of any changes via this page.

I placed my order before the lockdown period but have not received my blinds, can I cancel my order?
Regrettably if your order has started production we are unable to cancel your order. We will automatically be applying the extra 20% discount to your order (excluding Budget Roller Blinds, Velux Blinds, Skylight Blinds and Prime Aluminium Venetian Blinds) and will process a refund accordingly as a “thank you” for your patience.

I placed my order during the lockdown period but no longer wish to wait, can I cancel my order?
If your order has not started production your order can be cancelled and a full refund will be processed. Please contact us to make this request.

Why should I process my order now and not wait until production resumes?
Ordering now will allow you to take advantage of the extra 20% discount offered, plus your order will be entered in to a queue for when production resumes. This will ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

When will this offer end?
As soon as we receive confirmation production has resumed or at the discretion of SoEasy Blinds Limited.

Can this coupon code be used in conjunction with other coupon codes?
No, this coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupon codes.

I received my order before the lockdown but want the additional 20% discount?
We respectfully ask these requests are not made, this offer is for customers with outstanding or new orders only.

I placed my order during the lockdown period but forgot to apply the coupon code, how do I get the discount?
Please get in touch and we will apply the discount for you.
