Returns & Refunds
1.1. All Goods ordered are manufactured to the measurements supplied within your order and within our given tolerances. It is imperative that these measurements are accurate as we cannot accept the return of any Goods for the reason of the measurements provided being incorrect.
1.2. If you do wish to change or cancel your order please call 0800 093 9635 immediately after completing the payment process. If the order is placed outside of office hours, call immediately during office opening hours. We regret that we cannot change or cancel any orders once the manufacturing or picking and packing process has started.
1.3. The Company warrants that all Goods sold to You will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery of the goods to You. In addition, we offer a limited guarantee for a further four years making a total of five years. See our 5 year guarantee.
1.4. If the Goods are defective on delivery or a defect arises within the following 12 months, You are entitled to return the Goods to the Company provided You have first contacted the Company by email at support@soeasyblinds.co.uk, telephone 0800 093 9635, or in writing at the address set out in the Contact Us section of www.soeasyblinds.co.uk, giving the Company details of the defects, received a returns number from the Company, and only if the Company has agreed that the Goods should be returned.
1.5. If it appears that the Goods are defective the Company will promptly arrange:
a) For a courier to collect the defective Goods from You in order to repair the Goods and return the repaired Goods to You, free of charge;
b) For a courier to collect the defective Goods from You and simultaneously deliver replacement Goods of similar quality and specification, free of charge;
1.6. If the Goods are defective on delivery, and You request, arrange for a full refund of the price and delivery charge of the defective Goods by crediting Your debit or credit card provided that the Goods have not been modified or subject to misuse or negligence. Please contact the Company on the telephone number or by e-mail as described above for guidance on how to pack Your Goods to return them.
1.7. If the Goods are not defective or are returned to Us after the period of 12 months from delivery of the Goods, or they have been modified, misused or the subject of negligence, You will be responsible for the payment of Our charges on a time and materials basis in respect of any repairs and collection and return of the Goods which We agree to carry out at Your request. We shall be entitled to debit such charge on the debit or credit card which You used to order the Goods provided We notify You of the amount of such charges.
1.8. The Company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or loss of profits arising out of supply or failure to supply the Goods to You.
2.1. Where Goods ordered are ready-made (skylight blinds), we are unable to accept returned Goods where the original packaging has been opened or after 30 days of receipt.
2.2. For Goods which are ready-made (skylight blinds) and accepted as a return subject to clause 2.1, You will responsible for the costs We incur. We shall be entitled to debit such charge on the debit or credit card which You used to order the Goods provided We notify You of the amount of such charges.
