Standard Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within the lead time stated for your chosen product at the time of order, the lead time is displayed on each product page.  For orders placed with a mixture of lead times, the longest lead time will apply.  Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday only and take 1-3 working days (5 working days for Prime Roller Blinds & Pleated Blinds) from dispatch.  Once the delivery is scheduled you will receive a notification from the courier.

We offer a delivery service to anywhere within the United Kingdom for a £9.95 delivery charge.  Free delivery is given for all orders over £249 excluding orders delivered to the premium delivery areas noted below.  We are unable to ship a selection of items to Northern Ireland.  We offer shipping to Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, the Outer Hebrides and a small selection of additional postcodes for a premium delivery charge.  This will be confirmed during the checkout process.

Next Day Dispatch

A selection of blinds can be upgraded to our Next Day Dispatch service by selecting the option during the checkout process. Orders received Monday – Friday before 10:30am will be dispatched the next day working day and delivered within 1-2 working days (usually the next working day).

We can not be held responsible for any courier delays which may result in the order being delivered outside of the displayed lead time.

Please be aware that deliveries to premium delivery postcodes will be subject to longer lead times.
