When sprucing up their bathroom interiors in the near future, people could opt for more modern wood design styles, one commentator has highlighted.
Householders who already make use of products such as
Wooden Venetian Blinds in their homes might be interested to hear the views of Cheryl Gurner, creative director of Bathrooms International, who suggests wood is making something of a comeback in bathrooms.
Discussing some of the potential features which people could adopt, she stated: "I love panelling and love wooden vanities.
"Tongue and groove in light coloured timbers, panelled to dado height, give the Bostonian beach house effect."
Meanwhile, "sleek chrome brassware" is among the other elements which consumers might wish to think about adding to their bathrooms, Ms Gurner went on to say.
When it comes to DIY, Jim Hustwit, UK country manager at MyHammer, recently suggested that people should know about the kinds of home improvement projects which only professionals should undertake.
