Loft and garage conversions are among the interior design trends which are likely to crop up over the course of this year, it has been suggested, which might interest the likes of
Wooden Venetian Blinds owners.
According to Stefan Zachary, founder of Zachary Design, home offices are among the areas which such rooms are being converted into at present, while people might also use them to create greater amounts of accommodation space.
He stated: "Garages seem to be a thing of the past, with people just putting their cars in their gardens or on the street.
"Garages are being converted left, right and centre, as are lofts."
A link is currently being seen between the growing popularity of home working and garage conversions, Mr Zachary went on to say.
With regards to home working, loyalty is one potential benefit offered by this, it was recently suggested by Shirley Borrett, development director at the Telework Association.
