Homeowners who are concerned about dust building up in their properties might wish to consider the use of
Window Blinds instead of more traditional curtain products, it has been suggested.
CBS News has reported on the opinions of Cristina Tudino, senior lifestyle editor at Health magazine, who outlined some of the ways in which consumers could tackle the threats of allergies.
According to the news provider, Ms Tudino told The Early Show that dust can sometimes be a problem for those who possess heavy curtains within their interiors.
She stated: "If you're especially sensitive to allergies, you might want to swap curtains for shutters or blinds; they're easier to keep dust-free."
During the spring period of the year, Easy Step Flooring recently suggested that contemporary window coverings could be offered to people in the form of light Wooden Blinds.
Meanwhile, the firm also noted that Bamboo Blinds may be an option for householders to take into consideration.
