Homeowners looking to enhance the interior of their property may find that adding Roman Blinds to their windows can help to make a significant difference, one source has explained.

The home design advice website Style Guru said that cheaper blinds can be sufficient when it comes to blocking out sunlight, but it is best to invest in more luxurious options which not only shut out the sun, but also enhance the appearance of a room.

"Use options which will not only do the job, but also look gorgeous. Choose Roman Blinds in a beautiful fabric, wooden plantation shutters or luxurious looking curtains," the website advised.

It added that these are far better than the likes of paper shades, which create far less of an impression.

Recently, interior designer Jo Hamilton said that homeowners looking to enhance the appearance of their property interiors are currently opting for a more colourful approach, which could interest Roman Blinds owners.
