People with properties which have only been built recently might be able to introduce some personal style to the interiors of their homes, it has been suggested, which might interest Roller Blinds owners.

A blank canvas will be offered to consumers who choose to move into a newly-built house, according to Stamford Homes.

The tastes of former owners will not be a problem for people to overcome in such cases, the firm revealed.

It stated: "Everything is pristine and provides a blank canvas on which to stamp your own style and personality from day one."

The owners of new homes might also benefit from greater levels of energy efficiency, it is suggested by Steve Woomble, the Stamford Homes sales director.

A number of the nation's savers are currently aiming to put money towards property improvements, figures published by Legal & General recently highlighted, with holidays also things that people are saving up for.
