Painting offers people the chance to spruce up areas of their homes such as kitchens in a relatively easy way, it is believed, in a development which might interest those who already have
roller blinds in their homes.
Speaking in an article published by the National Post,
Home Depot's Frank Turco suggested that bathrooms could also benefit from some simple DIY improvements.
Mr Turco, the firm's trend and design senior manager, commented: "There are some small things you can do that can pretty much transform either one of those rooms.
"The most obvious is paint and switching out lighting."
Front doors could also be repainted in order for consumers to make their properties appear more attractive to others, the expert additionally pointed out in the article.
Earlier this week, Debbie Travis commented in a News Tribune article that simple decorating styles could be adopted by homeowners during the summertime.
