As part of a spring cleaning initiative which the Westcliff estate in Scunthorpe is currently benefitting from, things like old Window Blinds are being taken away, it has been revealed, which may interest the likes of Roller Blinds users.

According to the Scunthorpe Telegraph, old chairs and mattresses are among the other household items which have been removed thanks to a scheme which has been launched by North Lincolnshire Homes this week.

The organisation's estate coordinator Jackie Buchanan commented that life changes could come about as a result of the current project.

She is reported by the news provider as saying: "The multi-agency approach we have adopted offers people the chance to take advantage of a wide range of information and advice."

Nearly 10,000 homes are maintained and owned by North Lincolnshire Homes at the present time, with the organisation operating as a registered social landlord and possessing registered charity status.
