People who are decorating their homes should give some thought to the window treatments that they use, one commentator has claimed.
Sasha Witte wrote in a piece for gazettes.com that one of the most important things to consider when choosing
Window Blinds is the architecture of the individual room and the house as a whole.
"Different types of architecture can inspire different types of window coverings. For instance, a clean-lined modern structure can inspire very minimally noticeable treatments," she explained.
Ms Witte went on to say that simple
Roller Blinds that disappear into a recess in the ceiling when not in use can be effective in such modern spaces.
Homes with more traditional architecture can be "beautifully enhanced" with more elaborate window dressings.
Earlier this week, Paul Wolff, director of Victorian house builders Porter Davis, told the Brimbank Leader that quality
Venetian Blinds are becoming more popular as people opt to have more windows in their houses.
