When sprucing up areas of their homes, a number of UK property owners are aiming to make use of things like colourful accessories at the moment, it is suggested, which may interest
Roller Blinds users.
According to independent interior designer Jo Hamilton, these items may help to complement safer pieces of large furniture.
She stated: "[They are] splashing out on colours, and maybe being a little bit quirky, but then having that safety and knowing they're not going to have to change [the furniture] next year when the colours go out."
Noting other design trends which are appearing at present, Ms Hamilton commented that stair rods and stair carpets are being adopted by certain householders.
The expert made her remarks during the Grand Designs Live London event which was recently staged in the English capital city.
ExCeL London played host to the exhibition, which came to an end on May 8th.
