What is the difference between a recess and exact measurement?

A recess measurement is the distance between the top and bottom of the window opening, and from side to side.  Be sure to measure in several different places and take the smallest measurement.  If you provide a recess measurement we will automatically deduct a required amount for each blind to ensure a perfect fit.

An exact measurement is the size you would like the blind to be made.  We will not make any allowances.  As when taking a recess size, please ensure several measurements are recorded taking in to account tiles and dado rails.

What will I receive to fit my blinds?

All blinds are sent with complete fitting instructions and brackets.

The Vertical Blind I have fitted does not tilt properly, what should I do?

This is a common fault and can be quickly rectified.  Simply close the blind fully and tilt the louvers so you can not see out of the window.  Continue to pull the tilt chain to realign the carriers.  You may hear a slight clicking noise when this realignment is performed, this is completely normal.

Delivery

I have ordered my blinds, when should I expect delivery?

SoEasy Blinds aims to delivery all orders within 5-7 days working days and in any case deliver all Goods within 30 days of acceptance of your order.

What are SoEasy Blinds delivery charges?

We operate a free delivery service to the United Kingdom.  Deliveries to other locations may be possible at an additional cost, please contact us for details.

What is your delivery procedure?

All orders are dispatched in quality and secure packaging to ensure all customers receive their orders in perfect condition.   SoEasy Blinds aims to delivery all orders within 5-7 days of receiving your order.

Can a delivery address for my order be different to my home address?

Yes, all customers can change the delivery address if required when completing the order process.

Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland?

Yes, however additional delivery charges will apply.  Please contact us for details.

Ordering

Can I request a sample of a blind before I order?

SoEasy Blinds offers a free swatch sample service across our vast range of products to ensure the fabric chosen is to your requirements.  We will send up to 5 samples of any blind type to help make your decision when buying from SoEasy Blinds.  All samples are sent via Royal Mail First Class to ensure you receive your swatch as quickly as possible.

To request your free sample simply click the Request a Sample button at the top of this page (within the menu bar) and select your chosen blind type followed by your required fabric.  Alternatively please call 0845 4379 631 where we will be happy to assist you.

Regrettably we can not offer our sample service across the VELUX product range.

Will my credit card details be secure when ordering online?

All credit card transactions are completed using Protx VSP System.  The Protx system ensures all transactions are encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates.  No cardholder details are ever passed unencrypted.


General FAQs

The blind I ordered appears to be the wrong size, what should I do?

In the unlikely event your blind does not measure the exact size you requested (if exact measurements were entered) please contact our sales department 0845 4379 631 or email sales@soeasyblinds.co.uk and we will endeavor to rectify any problems as quickly as possible.

Please note that any recess measurements given when ordering will have a set amount deducted.

Regrettably we can not exchange or refund any blinds which prove to be the correct size unless faulty or damaged.

Do you sell Blackout Blinds?

Blackout Blinds are available in a variety of styles including Roller Blinds, Vertical Blinds, Pleated Blinds and Roman Blinds. 

The sample I requested is a slightly different shade to my complete blind

Due to the nature of fabric dyes and natural materials an exact match is not always possible.  We do however endeavor to guarantee multiple blinds of the same style and colour are within the same batch.  Wooden Blinds alike due to their natural characteristics can vary in shades.
